MARC G. WILLIAMS-YOUNG
Attorney, CEO, and Managing Shareholder
A graduate of Miami University, Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo College of Law, Marc G. Williams-Young has been a proud advocate of our community for nearly 40 years. A product of years of volunteer work with the ACLU of Ohio (for whom he also served as President for four years), Mr. Williams-Young takes a personal approach to law that includes educating his clients in their legal rights and the intricacies of their case. He is driven to promote social equality and human agency in the communities we serve and the world we live in. As dedicated to his family as he is his clients, Mr. Williams-Young began volunteering as a fastpitch softball coach when his daughter was 12. Now, 20 years later, he’s coached at almost every level of the sport. In his own words, “I tell the girls that I do not just teach softball, I teach life.”

STEVEN M. SPITLER
Attorney, President
While attending Bowling Green State University as an undergraduate, Steven M. Spitler worked full-time, on an assembly line at a manufacturing company. It was through this personal experience that he was inspired to begin his own practice and specialize in Ohio Workers’ Compensation law. Throughout the past 35 years, Mr. Spitler has remained dedicated to helping injured workers receive the highest quality of legal service. As a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Spitler gives his clients the best opportunity to prevail in their claim and thus receive the medical benefits and compensation to which they are entitled. Born and raised in Sandusky, Mr. Spitler is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law and has been a member of the Toledo community for nearly four decades—a community he is proud to serve.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Mr. Marzec is out serving his community as a high school wrestling coach at St. John’s Jesuit, or on the ice with Gliding Stars—an organization that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to learn ice skating skills.
